Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
- Refunds do not include shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process

- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to include with your return.
- Return Shipment: Ship the product back to the address provided, at your own expense.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you received is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders are generally not eligible for refunds. Please contact customer support for specific exceptions.
